1. Agreement. By using flannelqueen.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Flannel Queen (“we,” “us”) can be reached at flannelqueen@gmail.com.
2. Products and color. We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary, so actual colors may differ slightly. Dye lots can also vary between bolts and over time, so we can’t guarantee a later order will match an earlier one. If you need a specific amount for a project, we recommend ordering it all at once.
3. Cut-to-order fabric. Fabric is cut for each order. Yardage is sold in the increments shown on each product page, and we can’t change quantities once an order has been cut. Please check your cart before you pay.
4. Pricing and availability. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item turns out to be unavailable or short after you order, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute, a partial shipment, or a full refund for that item. We may cancel orders we can’t fulfill, or that we believe are placed in error or fraudulently.
5. Payment. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Sales tax is applied where required.
6. Shipping. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated by total yardage at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it with the carrier.

1-2 yards: $7.00
3 – 7 yards: $12.00
8 – 14 yards: $16.00
15 – 21 yards: $21.00
22+ yards: $31.00
7. Returns and refunds. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property. Photos, text, and other content on this site belong to Flannel Queen and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
9. Accounts. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it.
10. Disclaimers and liability. The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its date, applies to your order.
